The Rural Expansion of Adoptive Communities and Homes (REACH) Project assists families in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin rural communities to adopt children who are waiting in foster care.

Part of the REACH goal is to recruit Native American parents.  While I attend many Native American functions in Indian Country as part of the recruitment process, I also maintain this website as part of REACH's goal.
Aniin, My name is Joanne Grandbois. I am Ojibwe,  living in rural Minnesota. I work with families under the REACH project, which is a project under PATH INC. (Professional Association of Treatment Foster Homes). My main objective is to assist Native American families with adoption or foster care.

I am a Minnesota licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work degree.
This page is devoted to those Native Americans who are in the process of adoption or interested in adoption and foster care.

Feel free to check out the pages.
